Delivery Time
Since we operate on a dropshipping model, your order is shipped directly from our supplier/warehouse. Estimated delivery times are:

Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 3-5 business days
Other cities/remote areas: 5-7 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

We offer COD across Pakistan for your convenience
Please keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery
Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in future orders requiring advance payment

Delayed or Lost Orders

In case of a confirmed lost shipment, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund
